Online ordering form designed to fit your needs. Need rsvps and/or details cards? Simply check those options and quantities. All invitations and rsvps come with envelopes unless specified!
Next choose your print options. Eligible invitations have multiple foil color options. Please note, if you are ordering invitations on felt or textured cardstock paper, foil color options are not available and are indicated in the description of each item.

Personalize your order! Enter your personalized details based on all the items you plan to order. Not to worry, you will receive a digital proof of your details before it goes to print.
Do you need to upload a file instead? Upload a pdf, jpeg or document with your details and instructions. Google document links are best!

How do I receive a proof of my order?
Once your order is placed, we will acknowledge receipt, review your order and provide a digital proof by email, unless requested otherwise by the customer. There, you will have the opportunity to review in detail your order and make any necessary changes as needed.

Design estimates and proofs are provided after an agreed upon scope of work
A detail written price breakdown will be provided by email. At which time, clients have the option to pay in full or make a non-refundable deposit of their order. A custom order form will be provided for customers who are paying for custom orders.
A digital proof will be provided and sent by email within 48 hours of payment received. Printed proofs are also available upon request. Customers will have the opportunity to review their order and make any changes before items are processed.
Customers will receive an estimated time of when orders will ship with the balance of the order. Full payment is required before orders ship.

Samples
Please visit our samples page. Samples are available for most listings. Because we receive many samples per day, we cannot accommodate a proofing phase for samples. We encourage you to email us with any questions at melanie@melaniebrands.com
Care Instructions and Vellum Paper
For vellum orders it is recommended that you keep your vellum invitations in its original package until ready for mailing. Vellum is very thin and can curl up. Keep away from heaters and other hot items.
As with this item and all foil items made in this shop, buyers may see minimum black specks that can occur during the handmade foiling process.
The back side of the foiled vellum is in black print.
What is the weight of your vellum paper?
The vellum used in this shop is 30lb /94 gsm/ semi transparent white in color
Is Vellum the same as Acyrlic?
No. Vellum is a very thin layered transparent looking paper material.
Quantities and Order increments
Most pricing are based on quantities ordered in increments of 25. Most quantities can be either updated in check out or buyers can order one set and then come back to the listing to purchase another set of the same listing.
What are my Refund Options?
What if I purchased bulk quantities, but then I changed my mind. Can I request a refund?
Yea. Customers may cancel and obtain a full refund for their order, within 48 hours after the order was placed .
What if I wish to cancel my order but it has been longer than two days? What is your refund policy?
All items are customized/personalized for every customer.
If its been more than two days, you received a digital proof, and you want to cancel your order, you have been provided with a digital and/or physical proof of your design but have not approved your order yet, please note a minimum of 13% or $60 will be deducted from your refund, whichever is lesser.
What if I approved the order but then I decide to cancel my order in the middle of the print process.
Each order goes through a proofing and approval phase. Once the buyer approves the order, the order is now in its printing/processing phase. If the buyer alerts the seller that they want to cancel the order after the buyer has already given approval to print, the buyer is entitled to deduct 30% from the requested refund back to the buyer.
Why provide partial refund and not a full refund in some cases?
In bulk quantity orders
All items are made to order and are customized for each buyer's specifications. Items purchased cannot be resold. The seller sets aside time in designing the work and effort to communicate with customers regarding their vision and specifications and in addition, has ordered supplies in an effort to process the buyer’s order.
